Infinite Campus
PARENT/GUARDIAN ACCOUNT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Your child has an account. Ask him/her for their username and password, then use their credentials to log in at https://hawaii.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/hawaii.jsp

Complete the Infinite Campus Portal Request Form link (click on button)
2. Complete the form. Your personalized Activation Key code will be emailed back to you.
3. Go to https://hawaii.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/hawaii.jsp

5. Enter your Activation Key in the box and follow the prompts to create a user name and password.
6. Login with your newly created user name and password. Follow the prompts.
7. If you have more than one child in the DOE, select a child from the drop down menu.
8. Adjust your Contact Preferences and Notification Settings as desired.
9. Use the menu on the left to view:
-> Calendar- school calendar and schedule for the day
-> Assignments- lists all assignments by due date
-> Grades- in progress grade for each course. Click on in progress grade to see grade book entries.
-> Grade Book Updates- shows recent updates made in the grade book
-> Attendance- view absences and tardies for each class
-> Schedule- view schedule and links to teachers’ email
-> Reports- download student schedule
11. An Infinite Campus app is also available for mobile devices. Search for Campus Parent in your app store.It is highly recommended to do the initial creation of your account on a computer. Then use your login credentials to get into the mobile app. Mobile App users should use the District ID: HIDOE

I forgot my password where should I go?
Click on the 'Forgot Password?' on the website to reset your password.
My child switched HIDOE Schools. How do I request another account? Or do I need to?
If you had an Infinite Campus account and your child was in any HIDOE school your account remains the same. You will continue to use the account username and password combination. Same username and password combinations for students moving from Elementary to Secondary schools as well.
